  So I bought some underpants for my 2 years old daughter. They didn't say anything when I checked out. I opened the package and they looked really small. When I try to return/exchange they told me all underpants are final sale and it's written on the back of the receipt. So people, I guess you better read the fine prints on your receipt from now on when you shop at H&M!

  I've been here so many times with my baby and toddler, not once has an associate told me I can use the elevator hidden in the back to push my stroller. I've had to leave my stroller at the bottom and carry my baby while shopping every time while upstairs, which isn't easy with another child. On my last visit, My toddler fell down the escalator as we were going up and I was screaming to help her up while trying not to drop the baby and NOT ONE ASSOCIATE was in sight. The women who work there do an amazing job at ignoring customers. Luckily as I was leaving, i saw another mother take the elevator that day and now I know.
