  I purchased a belt for $30 I now July, wearing correctly, it delaminated by September. I took it in without my receipt (not expecting to have to return a leather belt). THe manager couldn't help, no ability to look up the sale by my credit card. The obvious quality flaw of Calvin Kliens product seemed to be of no consequence and no resolution was offered. Poor quality products.

  I bought a pair of nice work pants on clearance and noticed that the material had balled up a little on the inner thighs. I asked if they could discount the pants further and all they could do was an extra 10%. I really liked the style so I decided to buy them. I tried them on when I got home and the pants were in even worse condition that I thought. There was balling all over the material and the cute little "Calvin Klein" metal emblem that's supposed to be in the front of the pant was hanging on by a thread. IM SURE IT WILL BE TOO MUCH OF A HASTLE TO RETURN THEM SO I AM KEEPING THEM. But I'm pretty sure somebody wore the pants many many times and then returned them to the store & I think the associates just put the pants back on the floor for resale which is WAY WRONG. It also bothers me that someone could have worn these pants many times before me... how many times do you wear and wash pants for them so start balling up like that.... and Calvin Klein quality is supposed to be really good.
